Weekly Money Day — checklist
- Calculate Real Revenue (Sales − Pass-through) for last week
- Transfer to Profit, Tax, and Expenses accounts
- Check OPEX vs weekly cap
- Update Runway days (cash ÷ (outflow/day))
- Review price floor if delivery costs changed
- Confirm upcoming payables and expected collections
