How to use the CFOSg app, free resources, and client-only tools.
📜 Terms of Use
- Access is for registered users only. Please do not share your login details or allow others to access the app using your account.
- Use the resources responsibly. The courses, quizzes, calculators, checklists, worksheets, and tools are provided for general guidance and client support.
- Resources are not final advice on their own. The app content should not be treated as final accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice without review by CFOSg.
- Information may change. We may update the app content, tools, templates, access rules, and resources from time to time.
🔐 App Access & Client-Only Resources
- Free resources are available to public users. This may include free courses, quizzes, tools, and educational materials.
- Client-only resources are restricted. Some tools, worksheets, calculators, templates, and support features are available only to active CFOSg clients.
- Access depends on your service arrangement. Client-only access may be updated, limited, or removed depending on your package, subscription, or engagement with CFOSg.
- Please use the correct email. If you are a client, please use the same email address you gave CFOSg so we can match your access correctly.
📁 Data & Uploads
- We collect only what is needed for app access and support. This may include your name, email address, company name, form responses, uploaded files, and app usage activity where relevant.
- Your information is used to support your access and service experience. We do not sell your personal information.
- Uploaded files should be shared responsibly. Please only upload documents, screenshots, reports, invoices, bills, or bank information that you are authorised to share with CFOSg.
- We use third-party tools. The app and related forms may use platforms such as Glide, Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other business tools to manage access, submissions, and resources.
- Removal requests. If you would like your information reviewed or removed, please contact us at hello@cfo.sg.
